Now that the 2012 summer is over we need to get back on track for planning the 2013 Arctic Tour.
We will need to plan the route from Bellingham WA to the Arctic Ocean, and back to Bellingham WA again.
Hopefully the next 8 to 10 months is enough time to get this trip planned so that we can safely make it there and back again.
